The NCBI does great work for the blind in Ireland so when they needed a film to promote their new fundraising campaign “Dine in the Dark’, we were more than happy to get involved. Their ambassador Nevin McGuire hosted the first event of the campaign in his restaurant MacNean House in Blacklion, Cavan and Grandview Media were lucky enough to film it. Nevin fed us too which was amazing!!

In 2016 we set out to run our inaugural flagship fundraiser in NCBI called “Dine in the Dark”, we knew what we wanted to do but had no idea what that might look like in a video – until we called Grandview Media. Within the space of a conversation, Adrian had a clear vision for how to best portray our campaign and we started to get super excited!
This was followed up with a great written proposal that we shared with our sponsors who automatically volunteered to be a part of the video! Grandview media poured their enthusiasm, expertise and creativity into our two Dine in the Dark videos. Recording all day they even managed to keep focus as Neven served up mouth-watering food to our sponsors –which in itself is no easy task!
We had an extremely tight turnaround time that Grandview Media had no problem working with! We were delighted to start sharing our videos the day we launched Dine in the Dark in mid-September last year! Our two videos have been complimented and shared with the entire NCBI family of over 200 staff, 700 volunteers, Board Members and of course our Dine in the Dark restaurants and supporters.
